The COVID-19 Pandemic had a strong impact on work, for all of us. Working from home or other places virtually for a longer period is a new experience for me. However, I personally found that to organize teamwork and to communicate with co-workers/colleagues of course wouldn't be possible without organization support. How you managed your Work & home during COVID? All of us were facing new realities and were trying to cope up with the fact of Pandemic. Honestly, between socializing, parenting, running responsibilities, COVID19 has drastically altered the way we use to live our lives. I was also interpreting the remote work setting as a chance to catch down and use free time for maximum productivity, I was also overwhelmed by the number of changes in such a short period of time. Hurdles faced due to COVID? I was not scared neither was hunched faced with God's grace. However, at the same time I had accepted the fact and made a mindset to go with the critical time that whole world was experiencing. Support from your organization? Well, Communication is a Key, and the organization helped me to a great extend to overcome all the challenges, flawlessly. The only thing that I had keep in mind was to communicate with the superior. While there was insecurity spreading around the people, I was calm, as the organization had shown the confidence on business and support and helped the associates with their best of ability i.e., personally, and professionally. Support from Family I have a single Mom, who had supported me greatly to balance my work life. Not even at any instance where I got a chance to hear complain from her but rather was praised at all the time. SUPER & COMMENDABLE!!! Love You Mom !!!
